When trying to log into the app, it says “The data is not in the correct format” and I’ve made sure that the site is using the Post name permalink. This is using an admin account.
Furthermore, what is the required user capabilities/roles in order to download tickets from the admin back-end?
Can you check to see which version of the mobile app you have installed? Also, have you stepped through the EE4 Mobile App’s troubleshooting checklist?

A user role with the ee_read_events, ee_read_transactions,
and ee_send_message capabilities can download tickets from the Event Espresso – Transactions page.
Can you try (or have you tried) the app with all other plugins deactivated?
