If you manually approve a Registration, the transaction status still says ‘Incomplete’.

From customer:

“For instance if someone uses a coupon code and they only pay a balance, when you transfer, it says they still owe money so I have to change it to approved. But the transaction shows incomplete. “

Hi Dorian,

That’s actually by design. If they apply a credit to the amount owing in the transaction record, it will then show the transaction as complete.
