EE4 License Missing

Running WordPress 3.9.2.

I’m trying to upgrade EE4 to the latest version, from 4.1.12 to 4.3.0.

I don’t have the option to upgrade the plugin within WordPress, but I do have this message: “There is an automatic update for Event Espresso available but your Site License Key has not been set. For EE3+ users, please go to the Event Espresso General Settings page to set your Site License Key. For EE4+ users, please go to the Your Organization Settings page.”

When I view the Organization Settings page – there is no site license.

When I login into my EE account to view my licenses, I don’t have any for EE4, even though I have purchased one.

I am still on a testing site though, but I need to complete my development before I can go live.

Any takers?
