Good afternoon Lorenzo,
The following error appears in relationship to Seminarios Imagen EE4 license:
*redacted license key*
This is preventing updates and ordinary mainteinance to the module.
Please help.

Hi there,
Can you post the actual error message? We have the licensnse key on file, and it will be helpful to know what the actual error message says.

Hello, Josh.
The key icon at the Right of the Valid Support License Key field turns red.
I have a screenshot. Where can I send it, so you can see?

It will not be necessary to send a screenshot of the key icon. What’s happening is there are two URLs that are associated with your support key:
seminariosimagen.com/registros
and
seminariosimagen.com/comercial
You can remove the key from one of the above websites if both of the above are still separate sites. Then you go to your account page and request a key reset. We will reset the key after you’ve requested a reset.
