Hi,

I would like to include the event name within the field “Subject” (Sujet in French) of the automatic email sent to the event admin, in order to give him a clear view of which event is impacted by each registration.

https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4-hsazMWUExN1p3THE2S2g1NGM

I looked for the [EVENT_NAME] shortcode in the authorized list of shortcode for this filed “Subject” but I didn’t see it.

Do you know how could I do please? If I can’t use the [EVENT_NAME], do you have some coding tips that would help me to do so please?

Thanks a lot!

Hi there,

At this time you can’t use the [EVENT_NAME] shortcode in that section.

Currently, to do this you would need to create a custom Reg Approved message template for each event and manually add the event name into the subject of the template.

Hi Tony,
OK, thanks for your answer. Any idea if this is in the development scope? It would be very nice to have it.
Thanks

Hi JacquesMivi,

There’s an open ticket for adding this, but there’s a limitation that’s presented with sites that have Multi Event Registration activated because there may be more than one event within the transaction.

Yes, you’re absolutely right. OK, let’s see how the developments will handle that.
Thanks a lot
