We’re experiencing a problem with the registrations not completing after clients have processed payment through PayPal.
This has happened at least three times today, that I’m aware of – I’ll have to sort through the PayPal receipts and match them up with the pending registrations on file.
Have you started using the PayPal Express payment method yet? If not, you should switch over to use the PayPal Express option that’s built in to Event Espresso 4. The PayPal Standard payment that uses the IPN was deprecated and no longer is being supported. You can use your same PayPal account with PayPal Express, and you can find your PayPal Express credentials by following this guide:
No, EE3 does not support PayPal Express at this time.
Are all of your PayPal payments failing or only some?
With EE3 we log the IPN results, if you use FTP you can navigate to:
/wp-content/uploads/espresso/logs
You’ll find the paypal IPN log there which will show if any errors are being thrown by the IPNs.
