[EE4] Incomplete (failed) registrations

I would like to ask you if there is any way to get detailed info about incomplete registrations? My event is free (free ticket only) and so far I see 114 approved and 78 incomplete registrations. I wonder if this is an issue of some sort or just an effect of random user action (such as abandoning the registration form in the middle of the process)… When I switch to transactions view I see 114 complete and 78 failed. If there is an issue of some sort leading to failure it means I have a big problem (40% failure rate).

With a free event an incomplete registration means they did not complete the attendee information step. They only got as far as submitting the ticket selector form. One thing to keep in mind is that all free ticket transactions start as failed and the registration status gets switched to approved when they submit the attendee information form.
