We are having an issue with users who are using IE9 where they aren’t able to get to the second step (Payment Options). When they click on “Proceed to Payment Options” they are returned to the Attendee Information section with all of their fields blank.
I can confirm this issue in IE9 on your site, but I have run various tests with local and live sites using EE4.6.0 via an IE9 VirtualBox and have been unable to recreate this.
Can you try some basic troubleshooting and disable all other plugins except EE and see if the issue still occurs in IE9?
I can confirm this issue was a plugin conflict (JavaScript clash).
