EE4 – How to Check-in registrants when an Event has expired?

Hi,

yesterday, Sunday, we had an Event. Unfortunately the Mobile Scanner App did not work as we had some issues with the .htaccess file.

Quickly we had to export all attendees and print it on paper and manually cross people on the paper.

Now I would like to afterwards check-in the people who attended in the EventEspresso 4 system, but I seem not to be able to do so.

Is there no way to do this when an Event has expired?

You can check-in attendees from past event. You first have to see them in the list of results. So, uncheck the “Hide Expired Events” option to see the expired events:

Registrations > Event Check-in > Hide/Show Expired Events.

Hi Garth!

Did as you showed, but that did not help.
I can see the registrants for the Event that was conducted yesterday, and there is an X to the left of the registrants name, but I am not able to click it or change it. There is not checkbox to tick either.

Other suggestions?

Did you click the “Filter” button too?

After you filter to just that one event, there should be several actions to edit the records.

Ah! Missed the “Filter” button once I had selected the Event in the Drop-down list!

Now I can see what you show!
