Good Day Please could you possibly help me. Currently when someone registers the only details sent to the Admin Email are the attendee’s first and last name and Questions. How do I change this to send all the questions the attendee has filled out? Currently the form has a mobile number and email and they fill out and that does not come through. Like I said its only first name, last name and one question. Please can you urgently help me. FYI: The backend (event espresso) of the website does capture all the attendees details but the admin email that’s receiving the attendees details does not have access to the website so they need to receive all the attendees details to capture it on their side. Regards Marlon |
Hi Marlon, Event Espresso loops through an includes any custom question you may have asked on the registration form, it does not include System question in this process, but you can include them in the email. If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages. Look for the message type you are referring to, I’m assuming Registration Approved? Then click on the Event Admin context for that message type – http://take.ms/R0c5q Within that email look for the ATTENDEE_LIST section – http://take.ms/xH68L So because your Phone number (and email) question are system questions they have their own shortcodes – http://take.ms/yrcdM Place them within that attendee_list section to output the answer for each attendee within the registration, like so – http://take.ms/HJwjQ Save the message template and retest. Note you will likely want to add some html tags, maybe p tags around those to fit better within the email, but that depends on what you want to do 🙂 |
