I have purchase both the Grid & Table view template, currently stuck on versions 1.1p & 1.2p, respectively. I am unable to auto-date, even after I have ask for a licence reset and I have not been able to find the files on your site to do a manual update either. Can you please help?

Update: The table template has finally upgraded, but I am still missing my Grid template..Can you please tell me when I will have access to the template which I had purchase please?

I spy with my little eyes….a missing addon? Come on guys I know most of us over indulge during the festive season, but this not hard to work out..I purchase an addon and now it is seemingly missing from my account profile..Can I please have it back before next Christmas? I promise to be good this year
