I’ve used EE since 2017. My webhost wanted to use another (“less bulky”) event manager, but none of them worked for me.

We purchased EE4, but the New Event Page does NOT look anything like what I’ve used for years, and it does NOT match any of the most recent tutorials. I have paid for a support token, but couldn’t even adequately fill out the form.

I need REAL help – not another pointless video tutorial or article.

I need someone to SEE what I see on the New Event page, and to show me how to fix it, back to what I’m used to, and what the tutorial videos demonstrate.
