I am having a serious problem. We are week away from our event and for some reason the EE system is showing both tickets as sold out. i have gone through all the dates and everything looks right. I am on godaddy managed wordpress and am trying to get them to turn off their caching, but they seem to not know where that is. We looked in the file:
object-cache.php file which should be in this location:
/wp-content/mu-plugins/object-cache.php
But that is not in the location specified. Does this have to do with my issue? Please help me get this back on line, we have people trying to buy tickets! Thank you.
Ok so I created another duplicate event and that is running fine. I think perhaps I did not set the ticket numbers right somehow. I am replacing the sold out event with the new one. For the moment this seems to be working fine.
For the original event where you might not have the ticket numbers right, do you have a datetime reg limit set for the datetime?
Also, do you have a sale end date set for the tickets? Is the sale end date in the future or in the past?
