EE4 Event Showing as Sold Out Even Though There Are Spaces

This event keeps getting flipped to sold out even though I have designated a limit of 200. Is there something else I’m missing? This event is free to sign up for because payment is handled in person, and is never ending (hints the 2020 date). There have also been about 56 registrants transferred over during the EE3 -> EE4 migration.

Hi there, its sold out because there is a ticket quantity of 1 and 1 was already sold.

Raise the QTY 1 to a higher value such as 200 and save changes to the event.

Thanks, Lorenzo. I was thinking that designated the number of tickets the current person would be registering for.

Hi,

If you click on the gear icon (advanced options) in the ticket editor, it will show a minimum and a maximum option.

You can use that to set the quantity that should be available to be selected. For example, if you want to offer just one ticket at a time, then enter 1 as the minimum and maximum and save changes.
