This event keeps getting flipped to sold out even though I have designated a limit of 200. Is there something else I’m missing? This event is free to sign up for because payment is handled in person, and is never ending (hints the 2020 date). There have also been about 56 registrants transferred over during the EE3 -> EE4 migration.
If you click on the gear icon (advanced options) in the ticket editor, it will show a minimum and a maximum option.
You can use that to set the quantity that should be available to be selected. For example, if you want to offer just one ticket at a time, then enter 1 as the minimum and maximum and save changes.
