I have 191 registered users. I have 3 people that inform me that they cant register. They receive the error “our form data could not be applied to any valid registrations”

I have personally entered the same information for one of the attendees and didn’t have an issue. Two of the people that have issues work in the same firm. I have another attendee that also works for a bank. Could this have something to do with a security IPS or firewall issue?
I’ve tried multiple browsers and registrations but I cant appear to replicate the issue. Just like the other post I am using PayPal as my payment portal.

Hi,
Do you know what web browser they are using?
We support current versions of various web browsers:
http://browsehappy.com
If they are using a very old web browser from several years ago, then that may be why its not working as expected.
