Well, another example that has happened to me many times…while processing the registration/payment…once you enter all of your information before selecting payment option, once you get into that page that takes your payment information, the system immediately throws an error. This error is the system telling you that it needs the address and other info to complete the transaction. I just ignore it because I know that it is the system reading somehow in that first x amount of seconds the page data without giving me the opportunity to actually complete the data. Customers are not that savvy and will walk away thinking their card does not work. I had a customer that just came into the SV studio telling me this. I explained to her the above scenario, she processed again while I was standing there on her phone and was able to complete the transaction while ignoring the error message. Sorry yes I know that was a very long explanation. So…are you able to add some sort of delay in the code for the page or something that will ensure that the system is no0t trying to read the data before the data has been entered?
