Hello,

I have often this error, why ? ANd How can I fix it ?

Is it the solution ?

The server timing error indicates the bot trap is getting a false positive. You can disable the bot trap, or first you can try disabling the bot trap’s Encrypt Bot Trap Data feature. You go to Event Espresso > Registration Form > Reg Form Settings to change the Bot Trap settings.

Yes, have you tried disabling the bot trap encryption?

Yes I have but I still have this error. So I have also disabled “Activate Bot Trap”

For the moment its working.
Its strange because I never have this problem until the 4.9.22

What may have happened is something changed on your web server and your server may no longer support the bot trap feature.
