I am running EE4 4.9.75 with one event. I have many successful registrations, but an issue with one that seems to be irregular. Not sure what order of events may have caused the problem and unsure if code or db issue.
User registered for event, completed questions and I believe didn’t complete Paypal Express payment until reminder email came out (though not sure). EE4 does not show that payment is complete, so status is still Pending Payment. There are no payment logs for this transaction. User sent a copy of their Paypal receipt and I attempted to manually apply payment and though it appears to work, Ajax gear runs then disappears and payment screen stays in the forefront, showing Processing. But you can see the following error in the background at the top of the page.

Payment does not get recorded. I’ve tried to choose an alternate payment method to apply and same error exists.
I’ve turned on debugging and checked PHP logs and no errors are recorded.
Registrations and payments have worked before and after this transaction, so it appears to be an anomaly. I’m tempted to just manually create a new registration and scrap this one, but concerned that this might be a warning to larger issues that might rear their head in the future.
Thoughts or suggestions?

I’m not sure what causes it, but it’s something in IP Geo Block v. 3.0.17.3. I started seeing some other issues on the site and rolled back to v. 3.0.17 and this issue was resolved.

It’s likely that the IP Geo Block plugin adds some scripts to all the wp-admin pages, which results in a JavaScript conflict on the page when you try to apply a payment.
