Hi, After the registration is complete, I see 4 records created in Event Espresso -> Message Activity. 2 email records for Registration approved( Primary Registrant and Event Admin) and 2 for Payment Received (Primary Registrant and Evevnt Admin). If I click the send immediately button for one of the failed messages via the Event Espresso -> Message activity, I get the following message -Aditi |
Hi Aditi, Earlier you mentioned that you were using a SMTP plugin. Could you check the email address that is set there? That email should also be used in the primary contact email area in Event Espresso –> General Settings so they match. — |

WP Mail SMTP basically allows you to specify the mail service you are using rather than your web host to send emails so which service are you using? Transactions email services are different from the SMTP plugin you are using, have a read here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/postmark-app-mandrill-transactional-email-handling-services/ |
