EE4 disappeared from website

Hi all,

I ran an update yesterday and later discovered that EE4 has disappeared from my website entirely, along with all of my current and past events. I’m not sure what happened, or whether there is a simple fix for this?

Any insight is appreciated. Website address is http://www.candicereich.ca. I had three upcoming events with open registration as of 24 hours ago.

Update: I reinstalled EE4 decaf with my support key and it appears to have brought back my events. Any thoughts as to what happened and how to avoid it in the future?

Hi, you can download EE4 Regular from your account page on EventEspresso.com. It sounds like to me that something happened and after the plugin updated it didn’t reactivate. Can you try it again?
