I created a custom message template that I want to send out to all registrants as a reminder 1 day before the event. How can I implement this sending out action? I am trying to find the settings for sending customs messages, but I just can’t figure it out. my brain is hurting. please help.
We don’t have a scheduling system for messages as yet. It is something that has been added to our feature request list but no definite decision has been made about whether we will include it or not.
You would need to use the Batch system which is manual, via the registrations overview for the events registrants.
I did that, but I don’t see the option to send my custom template. If I select “approve and notify”, it just sends the standard approval email. How do I utilize the custom message templates? This is very confusing. I couldn’t find any proper documentation on this subject.
