When I do CSV Export, a few things:
1. I do not have the option to only export the last few months, how do I do that
2. CSV report shows no data
3. So then I ran a filtered report and it gives name and email but is pulling ALL clients from all locations…which is not helpful because I need just Gainesville Students for the Gainesville newsletter.

Hi Dorian,
You can run a filtered report for each month. While it doesn’t let you select the last few months, two reports for say April and May can be made. You select a month, click filter, then click on Filtered CSV Report.
With regards to the CSV report not showing data, did that happen on the site where you did a partial migration of data? I remember that you opened a support topic a week or so ago where you mentioned you copied the _esp_ tables but it didn’t sound like you copied over the _posts tables from the other site.
