I have reviewed the Forum on this Topic but am not sure about conditions.
I assume that if a visitor browser does not have Cookies (and/or Javascript) enabled they will validly get the Error Message and be restricted from buying Event ticket.
I also assume that if they are enabled everything should work OK, unless there is a caching problem that is causing a failure.
Please confirm my assumptions are correct. If yes, what does it mean if some visits work and some do not work (i.e. not everyone fails). THX

It could still be caching, or something is clearing the sessions on your site which will cause any active registrations to see the Nothing in event queue error.
Do you have NextGen Gallery installed on the site?
By default EE’s session lifespan is 1 hour, you can test if something is clearing the registrations before that if you open a registration and sit on the registration information page for roughly 30mins (leave it open in another tab) then refresh the page and see if an error is shown?
You could also look within the Cron taks on your site using WP Crontrol and see if any ‘clean up’ or ‘garbage collection’ tasks are scheduled.
It seems that iPhones are getting the Cookie Message. My test iPhone has javascript and cookies enabled but third-party cookies are not enabled. Will that cause EE4 problem? I need to confirm this but the same test device may not be able to select QTY or Click Reserve Now Button.Could that be CSS or AJAX?
Can you link me to an event I can see the problem on?
