For some reason event confirmation emails are not being sent after clicking on “Finalize Registration”. However, the registration is created and a pending payment email can be sent by clicking the “Resend Registration” button.
Can you help me finding the problem? Perhaps if you tell me where in the code are the emails normally triggered?
I don’t think they are being sent at all (I checked the spam). As I told you, I can send emails by clicking “Resend Registration” in the list of registrations, so I think the email engine is working correctly.
Email notifications are now working for both the registrant/attendee and event admin/event author?
