EE4 compatible to Object-Caching (Redis in particular)

Is EE4 compatible with object caching in particular the use of Redis?

I have searched the forums and found that people successfully used it with Redis and people experiencing issues with the booking process?

Anything to keep in mind when installing Redis?
Any special Redis settings that you know of?
Do you have preferences Redis vs memcached?

Hi,

Event Espresso 4 is not compatible with Object Caching. If you activate Object Caching you’ll find the checkout process will just go to a “Nothing In Your Event Queue” error.
