Hello,

Not sure if anyone has noticed this but the checkout process for EE4 is very confusing.

You enter your details, please proceed to payment options. Select a payment option for example “pay by credit card/stripe”. Click the pay now and enter your card details. The grey button “finalize payment options” does not light up.

Is there a class I can target for example onCompletion so I can change the colour of the button once they have entered their card details or gone through paypal process.

A lot of our customers are missing the grey button and there registrations are coming up as a”Abandoned”.

Hi,

There is a known bug that stops the button from being selectable when swapping between gateways (a fix will be included in 4.6.15). This sounds similar. Can you provide a link to an example event please?

Hey Dean,

Yes this sounds about right. We have just overwritten the css currently to make the button a colour as a temp fix. When will the next version be out?

You can test it here:
http://tickets.digitalshoreditch.com/events/live/

The event tickets are at £1. So please do not click on the button to finalize payment otherwise it will charge your card as the site is live.

Hi, we have a couple other fixes that we are trying to get into 4.6.15 before release. We’ll update this support post once it is out.

Thanks

Lorenzo
