EE4 – Can't generate registration csv report

Hi,

Recently when trying to generate reports for our event, we run into an issue where it appears to be loading the report, but then just gives a blank screen. It started happening today. We’re at about 1,200 registrants, not sure if the number has anything to do with it. It hangs for a good 20 seconds before giving us a blank screen. The URL we get is:

Not sure what else I can give you to go off of, any suggestions?

Hi there,

Quick update…I tried the solution mentioned early in this thread, and it appears to have done the trick…

I added this to wp-config:

ini_set('max_execution_time', 300);

I’ll have our coordinators try again tomorrow and I’ll report back if they’re still having issues. Thanks!
