After I have completed several test registrations for various events, I wanted to delete them. I selected them all, and chose to Delete, the browser page went blank (white) and hang up. When I clicked to go back a page, this is what I have noticed: (1) registrations that were NOT approved (pending or not completed) were deleted, BUT (2) approved registrations didn’t delete.
I then deleted the approved registrations one-by-one successfully. I didn’t attempt to bulk delete them again.
Is there a bug here or something else?

Hi,
There is no bug we are aware of, we did extensive testing on the deletion and status changing of registrants.
Is this issue occurring when sending them to trash or when deleting them from the trash?
It sounds like a possible time out issue. Can you advise approx. how many registrants you were deleting and also how long the screen went white for?

It was 6 registrants at once. And I think they were trashed. So, I saw in the change log that you did have this problem and now you fixed it. Correct? I’d have to check again in the next couple of days.

Hello,
We did fix an issue where a fatal error could appear when removing registrations.
Are you still seeing this issue with the current beta release of Event Espresso?
