Hello,

We have a strange bug with the Regs field of one of our event:

– Sold tickets (“Vendu” in French) is displayed in the back-end page of the event as 9: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4-hsazMWUExcTFOZTJfU3JJN2s

– Regs is indicated as 10 (as you see in the screenshot above)

– When we look at the list of the tickets sales in the back-end page of General list of registrations, we can count 10 tickets that have been sold without any problems: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4-hsazMWUExa0MwR19aSlp1YkU

For us, the right numbers it the one when we count all the registrations in the general list. But it seems in the event back-end page, this figure is different.

Di we miss somthing? What ais the real number of tickets sold? How could we fiw this bug?

Thanks in advance for your help

Hi Jacques Mivi,

The ticket sold count is from a different field in the database. In normal cases where you have 10 approved registrations, the ticket sold count should match. They are two different pieces of data from the database though. So for example if there was a registration in progress and there was an error when the script finalized the registration, then the ticket sold count could potentially not get updated.
