We opened bookings last night and all went well π
One slight oddity: the registration database shows a few people twice, once as unpaid, once as paid. We only got one email from the system for them and when I export the data to CSV they only appear once in that.
Person 1: #136 at 9.28pm unpaid, #137 at 9.48pm paid.
Person 2: #130 at 9.08pm unpaid, #133 at 9.15pm paid.
Person 3: #153 at 6.45am unpaid, #155 at 7.41pm paid.
Person 4: #79 at 7.58pm unpaid, #92 at 8.09pm paid.
The difference in ID numbers for the last one says that was the busiest period, but the third was an otherwise quiet time.
Once I’d noticed that they only appeared once in the CSV export, I stopped being worried, but why’s this happening?
It might be that they abandoned their registration, then returned and registered again. The time differences do suggest that, if it was a system error the times would likely be the same or very close together.
