Hi, I’ve just purchased two barcode scanners of type Datalogic QuickScan QBT2400. But the other barcode (lots of lines in parallell) is not taken by the scanner device, neither paper. When scanning the QR code, the error message I get when doing a Lookup Attendee is: On the ticket, the number beneath the QR code and the “other” code is numerical and goes like this: 75-7-1919 But when the scanner transmits what is scanned on the QR code it reads a whole lot more: 1+19f9328b248203abaa380e151f6e59d2 Which number series should the barcode scanner actually send to the iPad? Thank you in advance! Kind regards, |

Hi again! You can ignore this one! Had to program my barcode scanners to Country Mode=Swedish. Seems that the only difference was that after the first character in the long number series was a + (plus) sign, when it actually should be a – (minus) sign/character. Now I have to figure out how to get the barcode scanner to send a “send” command so that the lookup takes place automatically. π If you have any idea of how with these types of scanners, just give a heads-up! π If you want, you can close this support issue as “solved”. Kind regards, |
Hi Andreas, Thank you for letting us know you got this working. I can’t offer any advice for auto submission but I’m wondering if you found a solution? |

Hi Tony! Thank you! I have not found a solution for the auto-submission yet. If so, maybe I could configure the barcode scanner to submit an ENTER once the barcode has been sent from the scan. Kind regards, |
Yes the Go button is a submit button. Also if you are currently within the input field where the code is entered then pressing enter should submit the code. |
