Hi All,
Does anyone know a way to attach an existing “client” or past booker when entering a new registration via the admin?
I am using WP user integration so our client book via their login.
However at times for a repeat booking, we would do it ourselves for them, it would be great to be able to have this booking then attached to their existing bookings/profile; & on top of that being able to have the registrant’s details populated upon selection of the client would be a huge time saver and error-free process.
Anyone?

Hi stefanico,
As it stands now there isn’t a way to enter a new registration via the admin and attach it to an existing WP User account.
Some event admins have used the “User Switching” plugin to switch to the user account, then register for the event via the frontend. This method allows for an error-free and quick process.
