Here is a strange problem I encountered the second time already. When I update the price of an event, EE4 creates a new ticket (as some people bought at the old price). In the edit screen, the price shows as normal (in this case it was 240). However when I look at the event at the front-end, the price shows as 2401 !? Then I go back to he edit event screen, everything still normal, I just click update again. Then EE4 corrects the price back to 240.
Any idea what could be going wrong?
Maybe there’s another WordPress plugin activated on the site that uses a similar accounting.js script that’s adding the 1. Event Espresso 4 doesn’t add a 1 when a new ticket is made from an archived ticket.
You can rule out a potential theme or plugin conflict by following these steps:
1) A theme conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily switching to the default WordPress theme, then test. The theme test drive plugin allows for testing another theme without actually changing your site’s theme.
2) A plugin conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily deactivating any other installed WordPress plugins. Then you reactivate them one by one, while testing the error condition between each reactivation.
