Hello,
I have a problem to send pre-inscription email to the user with EE4.9.
Everything was ok with the previous version.
Here is the message :
Une erreur s’est produite:
No message was sent because of problems with sending. Either all the messages you selected were not a sendable message, they were ALREADY sent on a different scheduled task, or there was an error. If there was an error, you can look at the messages in the message activity list table for any error messages.

The email for the admin is ok.

Hi there,
If you view the message within Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message Activity.
Find the message that failed in the list there, does it show an ‘i’ in the actions column on the right?

Yes and the message is
Message was not executed successfully.
Messenger and Message Type were valid and active, but the messenger send method failed.
The email did not send successfully.
The WordPress wp_mail function is used for sending mails but does not give any useful information when an email fails to send.
It is possible the “to” address (l.delarquier@gmail.com) or “from” address (Viviarto ) is invalid.

Hello,
I’ve run some testing on this and those emails were generated and sent out.
Here are the conditions for the test using 4.9:
Default registration status of not approved via the event editor: http://cl.ly/2K3j280t3V0n
Both recipients are enabled for the registration not approved message type: http://cl.ly/122H3p3X3g0N
Could you share more feedback on if there were any changes made to the registration not approved message type?
