I’ve read in this post this post you are planning to introduces some new language strings that are not currently available in the current language files. Do you have a target date?

I am waiting this feature before update from 4.4.10p

Many Thanks

Each new version has new language strings added, and some old ones deleted. We try to generate a new base po file for each new version, but it is not a critical issue that blocks release of the new version. I would recommend that you run the loco translate plugin on your dev site to generate the po file for you current version, then update your dev site to 4.6, then run the loco translate plugin again to generate the po file for the 4.6 version. The you can use a file compare tool, like diff, to see all the strings that have changed in the base po file. Then you can use poedit to create translations for all the changed strings.
We will try to get to updating our official base po files up to the current version, but we cannot give a date, yet.

I am not able to download the .pot model file created with Loco Translate. Is there any location where I could download it?

Thanks

Hello again Antonio,

We have a new resource that explains how to translate Event Espresso. You can view it here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-translate-event-espresso/

Also, GlotPress now has translation strings that are up to date for the current Event Espresso 4.8.x platform.
