EE4.2.4: Is it possible to send a message to event registrants after the fact

For example, if we are changing the venue of the event and need to notify all registrants. is there a way to send such a message to confirmed registrants only.

Hello, that would be the batch email feature in EE3. We have something in the works for Event Espresso 4 (currently being tested internally).

For now, we are recommending exporting the registrant information and importing into a free email marketing service like MailChimp.

Then you can send an email to all of the attendees for this event.
