When I try to change the expiry date and time of tickets for an event, after I hit update, it goes back to the old date and time. Why can’t I extend the deadline?

Hi,

This should be possible. Are you receiving any errors at all?

How many tickets does that event have? And what versions of WordPress and PHP are you running please?

Whenever I update the Sell Until date it just places the date and time it currently is in real life.

We have seen this very recently effecting some users but not others. (See here)

We have a fix for this and it’s available to download in the pre-release channel while we work out a few other issues before the next version of Event Espresso 4 beta is released. You can opt-in to the pre-release channel by following this guide..

For me, it only seems to appear when there is only one ticket type. As soon as I create more than one ticket type, updating the expiration sticks.

We released the hot-fix to day. It should be listed in your account. Can you please let us know if the update solves this issue for you?
