EE3 Volume Discounts add-on Settings Not Showing

I have installed the EE3 Volume Discounts add-on. I also have the multi-event plugin installed. When I activated the volume discounts plugin no settings menu shows for it. When I click setting for it on the plugin page I get the page: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

Hi Kevin,

Do you have any plugins installed that allow for customizing access to admin pages? Along with that, is this a single site WordPress installation or Multisite?

It was my mistake. I forgot this was a EE4 site and I loaded the incorrect discount plugin.
