Hi,

That’s already been released. It’s available to download for EE3 users that have opted into the pre-release channel.

Yes, was looking for it for Event Espresso 4 but I guess that is not even in development then?

That is correct. They’re currently developing the Recurring Events add-on for Event Espresso 4.
