The key you have entered is invalid or expired
Hi I am just activating a website I built with EE3 plugin. I am now trying to activate the support with The Licence key provided in my account and I get the above error. Can you please advise me on why this is happening. also (Not Active) visible in profile view of site licence key.

Hi Martin,
Can you double check there is no white space before/after the license key currently please?
Are you running any security plugins which may be blocking your site pinging our server?

Thank you Tony, I have re-saved the Key and the company details have been updated. The EE3 plugin can now be updated.
