Hi.
I’m wondering if you are planning to improve EE3 as you do on EE4? I mean, are you gonna add more functionalities or all your efforts are focus on EE4?
I hesitate between EE3 and EE4. EE3 seems to fit better to what I want but it is old…
Thank you.

Hi Cesar,

We will work on bug fixes for EE3 but all new features will be added to EE4.

Can I ask what fits better in EE3 for you currently?

Hi Tony,
Our startup wants to sell tickets for event summited in front-end by no matter who. This is why I need something like the plugin espresso-frontend-event-manager-pr.zip on EE3.
My developer does not want to spent time creating this feature in EE4 and some of EE partners simply don’t answer to my e-mails… I’m in a hurry really.
Have you a piece of code I could use on EE4 please?

Front end submissions is not something we can provide a snippet for as it would require significant development to work correctly and also would need careful considerations taken from a security point of view.

It sounds like you are creating an events marketplace type of site, which is not really what EE was designed to do so. With custom development it would be possible to do, but unfortunately it would not be quick.

You currently have access to EE3 with your license, I would recommend setting up a test site locally, installing EE3 and the front end submission plugin and see if it suits your needs better before moving forward.
