EE3 Stripe ERROR

I have setup Stripe using the live tokens from my Stripe dashboard but still get errors in EE. The message I get is: ERROR: Failed to charge the card.
“Looks like something went wrong. Please try again or notify the website administrator.”

Stripe doesn’t show a decline so it seems like there is something wrong with EE passing along the registration. Is there a way to see the exact reason why this is failing?

Hi Samuel,

There are two places you can check for the reason:

1) FTP into your server and look in the log file in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/logs

2) Log into your Stripe account and on the dashboard, you click Logs.
