Have been using EE for about 5 years and we process thousands of attendees per year for volunteer based, free events. Most registrations require ADMIN approval. Once approved, ADMIN changes TICKET quantity to approved amount (i.e. 1, 2, 5, 10…100).
When reviewing Attendee list, we have tried to sort the ticket QUANTITY column to show all largest groups first in descending order. The data is re-arranged but not in the max->min or min>max order we would expect (as in Excel). We could have a group of 100 in the middle of the list, etc.
Is there something we are doing wrong? Thanks
Can you please confirm that you are using Event Espresso 3 or 4? Could you please share a screen shot? I understand a screenshot may include sensitive information, so please be sure to hide any sensitive registration details. Here’s some information about taking screenshots: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots
I put together a simple fix for this and have created a branch for our developers to review and then it will be tested, this may take a little before it is included within Event Espresso 3 but if you are comfortable using an FTP client I can send you a copy the file the fix was applied to for you to test if you prefer?
Event Espresso 3.1.37.12 was released today and it includes a fix for the issue you reported here.
