Hi
I need some help, when I get to the screen that shows my payment options (stripe and invoice) if I click on the button it opens the form and then rolls it back up before I can click on it. Think this might be an issue with my theme but it worked in the past so not sure what would have caused it… Any ideas on how to fix this?

The first step to fixing is to verify whether it’s the theme causing the issue, or if it’s being caused by something else. Can you try temporarily switching to another WP theme to rule out the theme?

switched out the theme and it’s still doing the same thing.

appears to work on the 2nsd attempt on explorer but not working on Firefox, Safari or Chrome

Can you try temporarily disabling all of the other WordPress plugins installed on the site to see if that helps?
