Hello, we are seeing the same issue as another EE3 site with complete registrations and no payment, probably due to the user clicking the browser back button despite warnings.

It’s a pretty serious problem and the recommendation is to go to EE4. Is EE3 no longer supported?

Event Espresso 3 will continue to get security updates but no new features, and enhancements. The issue you report was addressed in Event Espresso 3 by adding the warnings and was addressed in Event Espresso 4 by building a new checkout from the ground up.
