Hi-

I ran into this before and your team helped me come up with a solution here: https://eventespresso.com/topic/cancelled-registrations-still-appearing-in-attendee-list/

I recently updated the EE Calendar plugin and the fix provided no longer seems to be working. I’ve retraced the steps outlined in that thread and cancelled attendees are still appearing where the [LISTATTENDEES paid_only=”true”] shortcode is displayed. They are deleted from the admin side.

In his original response to that topic, Tony Warwick indicated I may need to revisit this if an update was installed, wondering if that’s the case now:

“A note beforehand, the filter used may change before release so any current fix given may need updating when we update EE (basically just changing the hook you use in the function)”

That filter is in fact included within EE3 core, as is, but it only effects the admin. As you mention above that the cancelled attendees are removed from the admin, that code is working.

[LISTATTENDEES paid_only=’true’] should still remove Cancelled attendees from the listing.

The calendar shouldn’t effect that at all, where are you placing that shortcode?

I have it included in the tooltips on the calendar so that an event hover also displays who’s signed up for that event.

ok, how exactly are you including that within the tooltip?

If you use the shortcode within the event description, does it work correctly?

Hi,

I tested with EE Calendar 2.2.6 and EE 3.1.37.0 and it looked fine. I used:

$events[ $cntr ]['tooltip'] .= ' <p>' . do_shortcode('[LISTATTENDEES paid_only="true"]') . '</p>';

In the calendar tooltip, I did not do any other modifications.

Sorry to waste your time, Tony and Dean. It must’ve been a cache issue as it’s working fine today. The line of code I had included in the tooltips section was identical to Dean’s and is now working.

Sorry again and thank you.
