We are using EE3 and the calendar add-on. We display both the venue and the categories.
1. Is it possible to sort the categories so they display in alphabetical order?
2. The calendar now starts to display from April. If I select a category and advance the months it will display all events for the selected category. Once I reach a desired month, if I change the category, the calendar goes back to the month of April. Is there a way to disable the return to the start month on change of category/venue?

Hi Michal,

Not currently although we have added a filter and sorting function to the development version of the Calendar. This allows you to sort the Categories (and Venues) Alphabetically and Reverse Alphabetically. This version is currently under testing, although I can send you a copy if you would like to test it?

With the current setup of the Calendar this isn’t possible. The user needs to select the Category, then browse the events loaded from that category.

Also, the calendar fails to display the last day on some of my events, not all, just some and i can’t figure out what the determining factor is that creates this issue…. confuses our participants, but I love the calendar on my site. http://www.osholeela.uk

Thanks!

Can you provide details of one of the events that shows this please?

A screenshot of the events dates section will help troubleshoot this. For example – http://take.ms/rIm5E
