Hi Joe,
Whilst we still support and provide security updates for EE3, going forward all new features will be on EE4 as eventually EE3 will be phased out.
As our development time is now focused on EE4 rather than EE3 the current PR version of the EE3 Attendee Reassignment Add-on is likely to be the last.
Is there a specific feature preventing you from using EE4?

We had a look at EE4 – it was great. Ultimately the way it worked with the primary attendee did not suit us – we need all attendees to receive all correspondence, including payment information. Regards, Joe

Hi there,
You can include payment information in the emails sent to all attendees with Event Espresso 4. I don’t think what you’re looking to do was possible with Event Espresso 3 anyway.

We were looking to configure EE4 so that when a primary attendee registers themselves and others with different emails, all the attendees on the registration get an email (the pending email) rather than just the primary attendee. We also wanted to configure it so that when that registration is paid by credit card (or when we update payment which has been made by cheque etc), all the attendees get notice of the payment.
Hope I have not misunderstood this, but I understood from previous support posts that EE4 treats the Primary Registrant as the ‘payee’ and the user managing all of the payments/registrations and so does not allow you to send the Pending Payment/Payment Received emails to each registrant.
Hope I have understood correctly?

PS: in EE3 we can at least have the first confirmation email go to all attendees

Hi Joe,
You can have the first confirmation email go to all attendees in EE4 too. Also, when the payment is made, the Registration Approved email automatically gets sent to all registrants. While technically not labeled a “Payment Received” email, the Registration Approved email’s contents can include payment information.
