Dear All,
i’m sorry to write in here but I didnt find any solution on the forum about this issue.
I compiled a website for book visits to an Italian museum and my problem is that when someone choose the slot time and date they increase my attendee list already in the event-registration page also if they don’t confirm it in the confirmation one.
Any idea?

Hi there,
It sounds like you have the default registration status set to ‘Pending’.
First edit your event and look for the ‘Default Payment Status for Event’ setting, what is that set to?
Then go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.
Find ‘Default Payment Status’, what is that set to?

on the Event
Default Payment Status for Event: NO CHANGE
on General Setting is: INCOMPLETE (default)
Should I change something?

I think I may have misunderstood your question.
Are you using the [LISTATTENDEES] shortcode within the event to display a list of attendees? So when a user registers onto the event but doesn’t pay ou don’t want them to be displayed on the list?
If so you can use:
[LISTATTENDEES paid_only=true]
The paid only attribute tells the shortcode to only display ‘Complete’ or ‘Pending’ registrations.
