How can I assign a locale to an event so it can be controlled (and is visible) for a regional manager?

Hi,

Locales are added to Venues and Venues added to the Events. So you need to create the locale, assign it to a Regional Manager. Assign the locale to a venue and add that to the event.

Ah, OK.
I havent really introduced venues yet. Will give it a go!
